About the Role:

Info Arab Media FZ-LLC / Al Mashhad is seeking a Commercial Manager to join our existing team in the Headquarter located in Dubai, UAE. The Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing business growth efforts on behalf of a company. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and client leads and sell TV spots and digital ads in day-to-day business with clients, media agencies and partners.

 

 

Key Accountabilities:

The selected candidate is expected to perform the following tasks:

  • Implementation of the commercial strategy of Info Arab Media.
  • Organizing and developing the commercial offer to clients (media agencies and advertisers) in accordance with the objectives (quantity and quality) set by top management.
  • Develop, manage, and implement the annual prospecting plan.
  • Continually develop the portfolio and seek business opportunities to maximize revenue from TV and monetize digital platforms (website, mobile app, social media).
  • Identify customer needs and build the business case.
  • Develop offers in collaboration with the team responsible for the grid and the digital team.
  • Define adapted action plans: selling TV and digital advertising solutions (direct sales, special program sponsorship, programs, online programmatic) according to client needs and in coordination with the different internal teams the team in charge of the grid and the digital team, trafficking.
  • Tracking of rates, distribution, and management of the advertising inventory (TV, DIGITAL)
  • Participating in responding to client briefs, contributing to the elaboration of recommendations in coordination with the different internal teams.
  • Weekly reporting to top management (activity report, action plan, information sharing).
  • Ensure daily customer satisfaction and implement the necessary improvements.
  • Daily monitoring of the sector and new practices.
  • Monitor the latest figures and data in our field of activity (market and competition).


Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least 5 years' experience in the media sector, gained in a television or advertising agency or an agency specializing in the sale of advertising space.
  • A creative mind with proven ability to generate revenue for the company and advertisers
  • Direct relations with the media market in (GCC and/or UAE) with media agencies, advertising agencies and press agencies.
  • Skilled negotiator and problem solver.
  • Passion to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
