Info Arab Media FZ-LLC / Al Mashhad is seeking a Producer to join our existing programming Team in the Headquarter located in Dubai, UAE. The Producer will be responsible to oversee all production aspects from planning and script writing to the final production and editing using on-air and post production control room. Producers are also responsible for program budgets and organizational matters.

• Creates all production elements of a show including editorial, segments, script development, writing, revising, and approving finished scripts, bookings, video, editing and graphics.
• Generates and supports engagement of online show content.
• Consistently provides sound editorial judgment and modelling professional accountability and integrity.
• Collaborates closely with technical staff to ensure effective content presentation.
• Demonstrates initiative and creative thinking to develop new content and alternative approaches to improve mission delivery.
• Supervises the progress of the content from production to post-production.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Media and Communication/ Journalism
• A minimum of 5-6 years of television experience.
• Must have experience in the newsroom systems, creating rundowns and implement it on-air. 
• Excellent verbal and written Arabic communication skills.
• Experience in copy editing and/or line producing.
• Ability to generate and pitch program content and story ideas to staff at all levels in the organization.
• Demonstrates understanding of editorial commissioning, rights acquisitions, and clearances.
• Demonstrates organizational skills and the ability to oversee projects from conception to delivery.
• Ability to create, elaborate and execute formats.
